Option 1:
Please go to your service information and click on the "FTP Details" button.
All the information is available there. You can use these in your FTP client (e.g., FileZilla).
The password is the same as the one for the control panel.
Option 2:
Please access the server control panel.
You can get there by going to your service and clicking the "GO TO CONTROL PANEL" button.
Once in the control panel, go to the "Settings" tab where you will find the necessary information.
The password is the same as the one used for the panel.
